Shine City Project
Started in 2013 in Las Vegas, NV Shine City Project consists of a group of volunteers who do service projects every week on Saturdays with the goal to beautify Las Vegas inside and out through service and practicing living for the sake of others. With the casino filled town full of many earthly desires they want to turn this well known “Sin City” into a “Shine City” with the belief that if they can change Las Vegas, then they can change the world.
