For the first week in August, Shine City Project continued to volunteer at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. On August 7, 2021, six Shine City Project volunteers helped to pack meals for the homeless. On the menu was orange chicken and rice in addition to some sweet treats. The group also helped with individually wrapping donuts for future meal services. It was an easygoing afternoon at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. After all the work was completed, the volunteers gathered at Harrison House to enjoy some Popeyes!
