Need something to do during this time of social distancing? In support of the Covid-19 health precaution efforts we want to challenge young people across the nation to find ways to still serve others while at home quarantined.
Helping family members might not seem like a service, but it is an important part of learning how to live for the sake of another. And with this challenge we have prizes for those who are most consistent in their acts of service!
How it Works: From March 23-29, 2020 post a photo or short video of your act of service on Facebook or Instagram with a caption explaining your act. Tag us with “@Youth and Students for Peace USA” for Facebook and “@ysp.usa” for Instagram, and use the hashtags #yspusa, #homeboundactsofservice, #service, #quarantine, #covid_19.
Who can Join: Anyone! Whether you’re a YSP member or not, age 0-1000, you can participate so invite your family and friends to join too! Just remember to include the hashtags!
Whether it’s washing dishes for your mom, helping a younger sibling with their homework, or doing yard work with your dad, as long as your act benefits others it counts. Try your best to be creative and have fun! For those who post noteworthy acts or something every day for 7 days can win a prize!

Daily posts must be added before 12am EST of the following day between March 23-29 to be counted. This contest is restricted to US and Canada residents. Participants are allowed to post more than once a day.
